Seabreeze Rentals specializes in beach house vacation rentals on exclusive Bald Head Island – a barrier island at the ocean’s edge off the North Carolina Coast.

Each vacation home includes temporary membership to the upscale Bald Head Island Country Club, so our guests can enjoy the championship golf course, tennis, children’s playground, croquet, restaurants and lounge.

19th Hole Oceanview & Golf Course View, 5 Bedroom Two views and two living areas. This large and spacious house has the best of both. It’s located on the 17th hole of the golf course, plus has great views of the ocean. On the ground floor, there are two sets of bunks and a game room, with a combination pool table and ping pong table. It’s a great place for the kids to get away from the parents and the parents get away from the kids. Yet everyone can get together in the oversized living area upstairs. The large kitchen and sunny dining area are great for family gatherings. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and opens to its own private deck. There are five separate decks and porches from which to watch the waves or the golfers. This house has never been rented before and the owners have obviously taken great care of it.

12 Surfman's Walk Maritime Forest, 2 Bedroom This cozy cottage is nestled in the forest at Cape Fear Station near East Beach. Perfect getaway for a couple or small family—at an affordable price. Close to the Shoals Club. One of the few Surfman’s Walk cottages available for rental.

You first notice the huge decks that are ideal for entertaining and enjoying the evening sunsets. Then there are the two living areas – upstairs and down. The large downstairs room has a wet bar with refrigerator and dishwasher. TV. Fireplace. And a wi-fi equipped work station tucked away in a corner. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy the rush of the waves, view the dolphins that regularly pass by and watch the large cargo vessels travelling to and from the Port of Wilmington. With additional ocean views, the covered screen porch on the side of the home also features comfortable chairs and sofa, hammock swing and small dining table. The open floor plan incorporates the kitchen, eating and living areas. The living room features a large sectional sofa divided into two separate seating areas. The dining area has a table that seats eight with additional seating for four at an eat-in bar in the adjacent kitchen (also the perfect lunch place). The living area is upstairs, to take advantage of the views, and is accessed by a handicap-accessible elevator that reaches all three floors. The bedrooms are downstairs, along with a foyer where kids can watch TV and play video games. Plenty of porches in front and back, plus a four-person hot tub.
